Get Wicked Ball Air, one extra replacement shell, and 12 months of Wicked Ball Air Care in one bundle. Keep a spare ready from day one, with up to 4 additional approved shell replacements for eligible damage during normal use throughout your Care period.

How Care Works
Your 12-month Care period starts when your Care Bundle order is paid. If the outer shell is damaged during normal use, email [email protected] with the Care purchase order number, order email and a clear damage photo. Add your Care Code if you already have one; you can contact us without it. Support will review the request and confirm the result and payment instructions.
Each approved shell has a $0 item charge. Shipping fees are charged separately for each approved redemption. Applicable shipping charges are confirmed before payment; any applicable taxes are additional. Delivery is worldwide, excluding Africa and South America. Care applies to the listed replaceable parts only; the electronic core is excluded.

Smart Play, Your Way
Choose one of three modes using the toy’s button, then let your dog enjoy rolling and bouncing movement. Wicked Ball Air does not require the Cheerble app.
The E-TPU outer shell can be replaced while keeping the electronic core. Your bundle includes an extra shell from day one, and Care supports eligible later shell damage. Inspect the toy regularly and supervise play.

Replaceable Shell: An extra shell is included, separate from later Care replacements.
USB-C Rechargeable: Recharge using the supplied USB-C cable.
