How Care Works
Your 12-month Care period starts when your Care Bundle order is paid. If the shell or fabric tail is damaged during normal use, email [email protected] with the Care purchase order number, order email and a clear damage photo. Add your Care Code if you already have one; you can contact us without it. Support will review the request and confirm the result and payment instructions.
Each approved Replacement Set has a $0 item charge. Shipping fees are charged separately for each approved redemption. Applicable shipping charges are confirmed before payment; any applicable taxes are additional. Delivery is worldwide, excluding Africa and South America. Care applies to the listed replaceable parts only; the electronic core is excluded.

Smart Play, Your Way
Choose one of three modes for spinning and wobbling rope-tail play. Use the toy’s button to switch the bark sound on or off. Wicked Ball Rolly does not require the Cheerble app.
The shell and fabric tail are replaceable while the electronic core is retained. Your bundle includes a spare Replacement Set, separate from the Care allowance. Check the outer parts regularly, supervise play, and keep the electronic core out of water.

Rope-Tail Play: Spinning and wobbling movement for supervised play.
Bark Sound with Mute: Switch the sound on or off using the toy’s button.
